Whats enchantments are the best for all gear?

So, after years of playing minecraft I need to now what enchantments are the best? It covers armor, tool and weapons.

I can prefer to you Protection IV and No Fall Damage IV

For all armor you should have protection V and thorns III and mending. For all tools have efficency V except the sword which is sharpness V

For tools, I think unbreaking is best, but for weapons I always like enchantment fire aspect
