Why hasnt Iron Man made every other Avenger a suit like his as well?

Not all of them need one. Thor definitely doesn't and neither does the Hulk

Like what Shy said, not everyone needs one. Tony on the time frame only wanted to improve himself to become better than anyone. So if Tony took the time to create a suit for everyone, he wouldnt be able to have time to discovered new technologies and skills to apply towards the suit

but it's not like he hasn't made a suit for other ppl, i mean he made spiderman 2 suits and made Pepper her suit
