Does anyone know how to increase FPS by a load in gmod?

If you know how to increase FPS in gmod by a good bit dm me on here

what are your specs also I can pm you if you need help with fixing up fps issues

Update your graphics card driver. Make sure your system doesnt heat up. Check the game requirements and your system so nothing is not enough to run the game.

type in console r_shadows 0

type in some commands, tone ur settings down and ur good to go.
try:
mat_specular 0
r_3dsky 0
r_shadows 0
mat_dxlevel 90 or lower
mat_picmip 2

There is an exe installation file fps_boost on the Internet, it will turn off some functions of all models and decals, I dont remember where I downloaded it. This is a Russian program

You can find on the workshop a fps boost that disabel some graphic settings
