How do you find the exact users that disliked your YouTube video?

Not sure if you can do that.. you can get the IP if they commented on your Video..

1. call the FBI
2. say this youtuber is a bomber from Afghanistan
3. watch their house get raided on the news (obv while you're flying to Russia so you wont be thrown in jail , )
4. repeat

I don't because I would think Google/YouTube wouldn't be 'dat' stupid..

though I've seen bigger companys with better security get hacked.
