Guilt Trip / Bad Feeling

So, My girlfriend made me a book of our memories and things I dunno why but she spent
alot of time on it; anyway I went to see her today and she was being really bitchy with me
and started getting cocky and laughing at me and arguing.

I argued back and she started throwing my lucozade bottle at me and being a straight up
bitch with me, I took the time to come and see her, and she agues with me.

Then at the end of the night, she really annoyed me and I ripped the book she made up.

I feel so fucking bad, how can I make up for it?

Remake her one. Put your heart into it. And don't just say sorry, genuinely apologize for what you've done and tell her what you will do to make it up.
