So I am currently learning from books and youtube. But maybe you can tell me how to best learn to program. Maybe a website or something

Best way to learn programming is by having little projects, and make them be bigger, learning like robots is a system for school (that's why they fail so bad) that programming languages don't apply, so in my opinion, keep up what you are doing, and use the intel for a little project, also think at programming as learning a new language like Spanish,or idk but I hope you got my point, for example when I've learned PHP I was asking my self, how to make a register, how to store data, how to show date, how to protect myself from "hackers" and stuff like this
"What is hidden can be found
What is yours can be mine"

Best way is to self teach and learn from yourself not others. Idk might be just me but thats how i learn.

Make sure you use good development tools like eclipse or intellij (check out jetbrains), it eases programming by quite a lot.

Hey. Im a developer, I think the best way I learned is what youre doing right now. I also had a few online friends who taught me about some stuff. I took some smaller projects and did them alone and learned from my mistakes. Anyways, hope this helped you out. Good luck with your future!

The most important thing when learning tocode ispractice. This is why it is good to start some interactive content courses.

Here are 2 resources with well organizedbeginner level content:
https://www.codecademy.com
https://www.khanacademy.org/computing/co...rogramming

Later on:
https://www.pluralsight.com/

Good luck! :please:

I learned a lot at lynda.com als 3dbuzz.com, but that was years and years ago.
You will probably find more interesting stuff on youtube.

by doing exercices and actually coding, not only watching videos. This will get you nowhere

yeh youtube and practice is the best way forward. School only taught me Python, and i wasnt happy with just that, so i used youtube and practiced myself and taught myself LUA and Javascript.
