How do you record high quality videos

I'm looking for cost effective equipment for this task.
Or, should I hire someone to record them for me?

Hiring someone would not be cheap as I see in fiverr or other platforms

What kind of videos?
Do you need a camera or recording software?

If you're waiting until you have the best equipment to start your youtube channel, just don't do it at all.
Work with what you have, sure quality wont be the best, but it's not about that, it's about making content that YOU would watch.

We are planning to record tutorial videos on electronics repair. Currently we have video camera, pc and VSDC for editing. I don't know why all videos we record are dark, not bright like I see on youtube.

Probably those videos recorded with sheds and good lighting or something else.

I would say that the equipment can contribute to the quality as well as how planned out the video is. If you don't have much time to complete it you could hire someone but you could learn camera positioning and movement.

You need some 1000$ camera, tripod, noise cancelling mic. High Quality editing software and enviorment & most of all be entertaining.

Its easy my matee just download OBS and learn editing lol ..............

If you are doing recording of a game, or something on your computer overall, I recommend using OBS Studio.
