Buying VCC for paypal

I will pay $5 once verified, I'm also not sure if it is a VBA or VCC, so yeh. You will have to help me, so yeah once verified I will buy a upgrade & then send you a $5.

I can sell you a USA VBA (full verification) but i don't want the upgrade, could I have $15 instead. Most people charge $20 for VBA's.

Nah, I'm in australia but currently on holiday in Indonesia, so can't get that.
My budget is $5 cause i'm getting a upgrade.

I know, I need a VCC then. Still looking.

You could just go to Australia Post and pick up a prepaid visa card, I'm pretty they still work with PayPal (that's how I verified myself #2014).
