i think 2, because non binary usually is gender fluid, so you bounce between the 2 genders

There are two genders. Male and female. There's no need to distinguish between gender and sex. They were the same thing twenty years ago, and should be the same thing now.

I'm not trying to cause issues, or say there's more than two genders but in reality and in science, there are only two genders. Either you have a penis, or a vagina.

theoretically 3. Legally 2. 3 because hermaphrodites, male, & female. I believe they should legally have to pick a gender if they are born with both genitalia.
