Contact them and let them know what happened and ask why you got banned and if theres a possible solution to the action?

If I recalled pubg gives out HWID bans once they ban someone they basically ban the system of the pc as well you could try to ask them why they banned you they might give you the cold shoulder

Check the Steam forums for similar scenarios. Usually there's a developer or moderator linking to a specific contact form or appeal topic to get unbanned.

I only have a feeling that they'll do the same thing with the DayZ or H1Z1 (I think it's one of those two) where they'll ban them and ask for an apology video

I think you cannot get unbanned. Its the companys policy.
