Is overwatch dead?

I'm wondering about getting into it, but I probably won't if it's dead

It appears not, in asia server there is still plenty of players queueing

The hype is gone but it's still very popular but the original players are burned out from it.

ow is pretty dead, at least in NA, I feel the toxicity had a huge part in it

its not dead, but its no way near as popular than it was in 2016/2017, i havent touched it for a while but its a great hero shotter regardless.

In My Opinion: It's not dead, however the way they match people needs to be re-vamped. Recently I've been ending up with trolls and low-tier teams. Was gold in competitive, but had my rank sabotaged by this troll Mei who ended up trolling me the whole game with ice-walls but I ended up reporting them. But still thrown off my game - Plus I feel they need to add more content lol

blizzard wont let OW die, atleast not yet after all the millions "probably bil at this point" they invested in the Overwatch League, also they got a lot of planned content to be released yet. It's far from dead at the moment.

Definately not. Its certainly not what it once was but theres still a good overwatch scene out there

Not really. But the focus of the internet shifted more to games like Fortnite.
