Private Messages like NBB

I know how to style it like you have it but I do not want that, I just want to know how to made it so that it shows a discussion, instead of individual messages.

it's not default PM system. It's mybb conversation system.

There is a free version of it on GitHub for MyBB 1.6

Uhm there's no free version of our conversation system, since it's custom made for the forum.

Make someone to custom code it for you, nothing else you can do.
It'll prolly be pretty pricey :'3

Wasn't trying to sounds smart, anyone can rip html/css with little to no know how. I just said it like that so people would know that I am talking about the actual messenger rather than the styling. I will look into the "Conversation System", I just hate the default messenger.
