Does anyone know what plugins nulledbb andleakforums uses, have seen most biggest community forums use pretty much same layout, forum categories on index page, credits, gambling, hide content and upgrade account stuff.

Some, not so much. Things similar can be found easily from the MyBB site.
Anything in particular you are looking for?

Umm yea.. for 1.6 what what plugin would you use for credits gambling, like betting against someone and what rewards/awards plugin what would work with NewPoints, maybe also the Upgrade account plugin but not too fussed about that one

For the upgrade account, thats not really a plugin. Custom page. But, you can find plugins that do it, shit looking though.
For gambling system, that is also custom, but I know you can purchase one that is already made. Not sure where exactly to look, but I can talk more if you are willing to pay for one. Or you could look for a leaked plugin.

Betting: Thread-Newpoints-Betting or Thread-New-Points-Betting
For upgrades you could use this: Thread-MySubscriptions-1-7-2

Note, this are not plugins used by this forum. Our stuff is custom and not plugin based.
