The server rig will soon get dedicated 64GB of RAM though, not sure from what manufacturer yet however. It will have to be Ryzen compatible since I use a Ryzen 1700 in it though,

My main system currently uses 16 GB of TridentZ 3200MHz @ 14CL RAM, it's actually a 32GBKit but I have it split with my main rig and a secondary rig that I use as a server.

For a while I've thought 16gb was the sweet spot for a gaming or high end pc, thats what I'm using. Im sure in 10 years this comment wont age very well.

RE: How Much RAM do You Have? 18-07-2019, 03:17 PM #149 On my laptop, my physical RAM is 8GB which is more than enough for me running a installation of Windows 10 64BIT and Debian on the same HDD. I would say anything above 4GB and you'll be good.
