Personally I use normal spigot because I feel that I won't get as much support using paper spigot.

Personally, I think a paper spigot is better than a spigot because they fix bugs faster and paper is more performance.

paper spigot its way better for hardware and there is no reason not to use it

I might actually try paperspigot on my server... I hear so many good things about it. I hope it doesnt break any plugins

The main difference is that Paper usually supports Bukkit and Spigot, so you dont have compatibility issues. And also works much better!
