Is water actually wet?

so uh i have a weird question bout water, and it's if "is water actually wet" how do we know if water is wet how do we know if wet is wet pls answer i am having life crisis

Water makes things wet, thats like saying fire is on fire

Put it in freezer for a few hoursand it is no longer wet :D

air is dry.... so water has to be wet or nothing makes sense

well in chemistry we think of water as billions of particles so yeah water is wet.

i'm pretty sure the only good answer is yes but i would love to see a good ''no'' answer

Water isnt wet, water makes things wet, you describe something as wet when it comes out of the water

Water isn't wet, it makes things wet, so like heat inst hot, it makes things hot
