Which comes first: The cereal or the milk?

For me most of the time it will be cereal. Sometimes milk.

Cereal first because you need the milk to touch all the cereal for the taste

cereal definitely. i pour the milk in after to get the cereal 'wet' per say. the only con is that sometimes the milk will hit the cereal and splash out of the bowl
