2. Things you need
   
   
3. 1. A eBay account (Having positive rep is good!)
   
   
4. 2. A VPN/VPS (you don't NEED it but it will keep you more safe)
   
   
5. 3. Paypal account

7. Now lets talk about how we do this.

9. 1. Go to eBay.com, log in, and search for an Alienware laptop (really whatever you want to get for free).

11. 2. Click Search, and look on the left. Under Format, click "Buy it Now".

13. 3. Find an item you would like (at first, go for a lower price laptop, maybe $500 to 800).

15. 4. Find an item with a user who's REP is not very high (at most 50, the less rep, the better).

17. 5. Once you find your item, click "Buy It Now" and then "Commit To Buy".

19. 6. Then go to "My eBay/Summary" and then find the item you are going to buy, on the side click "Payment Sent", then "Contact Seller".

21. 7. Message the seller with something like this,
    
    
22. "Hey, I just bought your laptop but there is one problem. PayPal says they need to verify the shipping number before the payment is released."

26. "Hey, I just bought your laptop but there is one problem. Paypal says they need to verify the shipping before they give you the payment to stop scammers, so could you give me the shipping/tracking number? Thanks."

28. or you can always make up your own but keep it small, sometimes the Seller might not know what a shipping/tracking number is, so just explain to them it's a number you get when you ship out the package.
    
    
29. Never use public VPN for example NordVPN.
    
    
30. Never use the same name, phone number or IP when creating a stealth PayPal (They will all get linked and if 1 account is limited all your account will go down).
    
    
31. If your account is fully verified it doesnt mean you wont get limited, dont receive over $50 a day when your account is new you want to grow it e.g. receive $50 or less a day for a few weeks then move up to $60 a day for a few weeks.
    
    
32. Always receive money as Friends and Family when receiving money, If you get paid using Goods and Services youre putting your account at risk every time because PayPal will want to know what that transaction is for. This is because they want to tax you or check for anti-fraud.
    
    
33. If you are using multiple stealth accounts create a new user on your PC or each account otherwise PayPal will detect you because of your cookies and cache. You can clear cookies and cache if you dont want to make new users but better be save than sorry.
    
    
34. Once you received $1,500 or near more or less your account will 100% get limited, if you want to keep the account then Visit secondeye solutions for fake documents or just make a new account.[/hide]

I'm not too sure how this can work really, is it completely based on users sending the parcel and providing tracking details to confirm the purchase?
