How to stop hacker?

In GTA I'd just use the hack that lets your view other players and when I found out who was messing the server up, I'd try to make their computer crash. Didn't always work though.

Hackers are not easy to get rid of. unless you have somehow to access administration.

Well report feature always works in these cases. I used to use that too in GTA V

Just get a bat and go to his house. Then, you grab his hand with your foot and start playing with the bat.

you cant stop hackers, even the game developers always try to improve the security, the game still got hacked.

just report, no else u can do

You have no access to the server controls needed to stop hackers so you rely on the game developers to properly handle it.

Its impossible to stop hackers, you can only leave the channel you play and play in the different channel
