MW more realistic?

I saw some Screenshots and i wanted to ask if you agree with me that MW looks much more Realistic and Hardcore then all the other Cod's ?

I'd say so. They tend to make this kinda stuff more realistic as time progresses

Looks like there trying to be more esport friendly with the small teams and high recoil gunplay

MW3, best imho, shield was really funny to play, the graphics was something incredible. Maybe too much grey filters but really cool

I like mw2 but on ps4 or xbox is it Dead and i dont like it. xd

MW looks more realistic because they use higher frames now

Modern warfare looks normal like other activision games, not too different. I hope, I'm wrong.
