Need: Insta comment like bot/ Insta tool report people/comment/like/ create account

Heyy I need such things
a tool where I can create instagram accounts in mass
and with these accounts I want to like, comment posts and report people to ban them
also high priority by me - get likes on comments to get top comment -

It would be also good if someone could explain me cleary how to get usernames from inactive instagram users
I know instagram is saying it's not possible but why does every famous person got the rarest names huh.
I already tried the "he is imitating me formular" etc. doesnT work
