If you want to make a Garrys Mod Server You Can't be Original unless you have a big player base to start a new trend.

If by unique you mean not a complete deathmatch / RDM fest, then just build your server around the opposite and you have a unique server

Honestly, don't look at anything else and try to build the server completely out of your own ideas.
