SHOULD CSGO BE FREE?

never played csgo but an avid player of the battlefield series, i know a few people who play this at a competitive level so swaying on the idea of trying it out

should definetely not be free. i paid for it so i want others to pay for it. its too easy now for hackers.

As a player who has purchased and played the game for several thousand hours; I believe that the issue of allowing the game to become free is ok.
However, with the release of the news that the game is free;
It will attract more cheaters to play as they won't have to spend money on the game to cheat again after their bans.
Even with the use of prime matchmaking; that creates another issue for another time.

I've been seeing a lot more hackers in CSGO since it's become free. Although they have the option to pay $15 for the game, and be matched with other people who bought, the fact remains that a lot more hackers are slipping through the cracks.

No it shouldn't be free, waves of hackers enter and deters new players from joining.

It's been a long while that I played CS:GO the last time. I mean, it's already few years old, but I think you should still pay for it. I find it bad that they don't make good operation missions anymore. They just focus on skins and stuff made my the community.
