I'd say ULX, i don't really like server guard, (no certian reason, i just favor uhm ulx i guess hahah)

ULX is free, easy to use and with many commends. There are also extension packs for more / better commands.

ulx is easy to use, so I prefer to use it on servers

I perfer ULX, I've tried ServerGuard as I have to say It may look ALRIGHT but theres no point as ULX has all the features PLUS more support.

Ulx, i have the most experience with it and i dont fancy switching because it is simple enough for my new staff to use and it does the job what i want it to do

ULX has way more support than server guard, I would go with ULX.
