Unlimited LTE data roaming card in the EU?

While there are no more roaming fees for calls and text messages within the EU (except Switzerland of course once again),is there an option for data roaming as well? As in Portugal apparently there are not even optionsfor unlimited domestic data. Germany is hard to find too. Switzerland has cheap unlimited data but only domestic, roaming is expensive. Not as much as it was, with some MiBs costing hundreds, but much too much.

Well I never heard of it. The only PR action I saw was that an internet provider allowed user to stream with unlimited bandwidth and data volume Netflix, Spotify & co.
