My phobia Is fearing about take pills, i cant do.it Is very very bad to me

Im very afraid of heights. nothing else really maybe the ocean a little if I cant see through the water im in and I feel something.

I fell into a cactus as a baby, and now touching any plants with bare skin cause me to have a damnpanic attack.
It's hard to explain to people.
