Any risks with a Nulled version?

Yea, not only on the fat cash, they will also be scared to lose their reputation of people being able to use nulled versions and may possibly get away with it.

Does anyone have any experience with nulled XenForo forums being brought down these days?

I created a forum 3 years ago, went for a nulled version of XF and within 2 weeks my provider got a complaint, and decided to suspend my site. I decided to go for phpBB at the time, and migrate the backup of my old site, but XenForo is looking much more developed, and I'm thinking of going XF again.
