Moved to a new VPS, but now /community doesn't take me to the index.php page.

Hey,

I recently moved over to OVH VPS's to host my smallish forum, and everything worked, except a minor issue. Whenever I go to /community, which is where XenForo is, it doesn't redirect or take me to index.php and shows a blank page. When I tried to enable friendly URL's, the same thing happens.

Can anyone please help?

What Distribution OS are you running.
Also what are you running for a webserver? Apache or nginx?

~I've used OVH for a xenforo + ipb forum before and worked fine.

I'm assuming that the configuration from the previous VPS was carried over to this new VPS server and that the site layout still remains the same.

If you're using Nginx and can post the configuration (with the personal details redacted of course) then that could assist with the troubleshooting process.

You should check the log file in /var/log/<your http server>

I think that might be a error of url rewrite.

if you use nginx as a http server, you could check your config at /etc/ngin/site-enable/<config file>.

will, if you get blank page, try to login in admin.php and check error logs.

some time cloudflare problem with auto minify in XF2.

Back up your site and download the corresponding backup file, then export it to the new server.

All the errors of the server aprte, have numbers and report msg.

Normally when you opt for a blank page (most of the time) it belongs to a 500. (Many redirects)
