Hm.. But what's addon? pay addon or free addon?
XFace is good free addon where your character has random face pose after spawn ^^

depends on which game mode you want to use because there are thousands of addons

I dont think there's the best addon for gmod, as said, there are loads of addons for free, or paid but i highly recommend Zero's Team addons, really complete and easy to config.

Whatever you think the best is. There are honestly too many to consider one to be the all time best.

I Liked this addon because its so detailed.

The one I just finished making that gives random weapons XD

DarkRP Foundation a good and simple addon for darkrp server

CW 2.0, SWEP Construction Kit, Wiremod, PermaProps, Fading Door and ULX

In fact, there are too many of them and I would hesitate to write them all
