you can try 000webhost but they always have data breaches and their servers suck. you would be better running XAMPP off your local pc

Honestly, you can never go wrong with launching a google cloud instance and installing everything yourself.

Great learning experience to get into server maintenance as well.

I've used infinity free before and works like a charm. Would use it again
