For me it was essential to get a high speed download link between me (Germany) and the USA east and west coast. ExpressVPN performed best for me.

ExpressVPN works really well for me, though it depends on what you want to use it for. Downloads speeds etc. ExpressVPN is great. Most of the IPs are banned on sites like Omegle or MegaDownload though.
