Uhud is pretty good and straightforward. Very good for DarkRP servers and has lots of information.

Any mininalist HUD is best, so it doesn't take away from whatever your doing in-game

I enjoy delicateUI as a hud and victorious Scoreboard they are both clean and easily configured.

elegant hud - minimalistic, simple, can be easily converted to other modes

I personally use TurtleP's HUD which you can get in the Steam Workshop, but I'm not sure how well that would translate to roleplay.
