best 5 starting legends for beginners?

Garen, ashe, annie, sivir, and master yi thats the champions u should start with

Probably for lanes it would be

Top - Nasus
Jungle - Amumu
Mid - Annie
Adc - KaiSa is easy but tristana is more reliable
Support - Janna / Lulu

For begginers, I'd say the best role is jungler.
You dont have to be worried about a unfair match up, last hitting, warding... That's advanced.
In jungle you only have to kill monsters, gank and smite objetives. That's only the beginning.
I started Warwick on the jungle. It's pretty easy: you'll never die vs the monsters.
Then I played Udyr. Easy as well.
After that you can try other champions which easily clear camps: shyvana, amumu, nunu...

For laners:
Top: Teemo, Poppy, Renekton
Mid: Malzahar, Diana, Lux, Orianna
Adc: Miss Fortune, Caitlyn, Ezreal
Support: Janna, Lulu, Morgana (tho it depends on your playstyle: aggressive, tanky, shields...)

Renekton, easy, good early, and its op.

I really love playing Kai'Sa but if you want someone more fun I would play Jinx who has very cool abilities and a global ult.

Not a real top 5 but Annie is a pretty solid choice. If you want to get good as fast as possible the character will really help you out, since you really don't have to focus too hard on mechanics but still learn a lot about the more 'advanced' side of the game though her. Mid lane is a pretty complex role that can translate pretty well into most other ones after all.

top:garen 100%, the champ is too easy - or nasus same as garen
mid:annie, fizz its pretty easy too but you have to learn the combos
jungle:master yi, xin zhao, amumu
bot:miss fortune,ashe or if u want to have fun ezreal its a good choice
support:lux
