Plugin executes automatic commands, After a certain period of time.

I am trying to create such a system on the server, [30 seconds after the player executes the / xp command, or the server gives the command to the player who sends the same number of xp required by the player].
Any questions on how I can do this?
basically, after executing a command, or the server executes another command for the player for a certain period.

you need that for client or server side, for client side you can use macro key bind which has a timer version and for server side you can look for anouncement plugin on spigot
