There is still better lecture to find a way for learning it (even it is alway a hard way...)
e.g. I would recommend to learn by solve CTFs and so on (learning by doing :p)

Probably the only hacking book out there that didn't age well.
Hell, even old phrack editions are more useful than this nowadays.

Literally, the screenshots look like they're from Win98. Don't waste your time.
