How many genders are there ?

apparently there is like 299399393 different genders, but again, Who knows right? its up to whoevers perspective

Straight to the point there are 2 GENDERS because when you are born you either have a penis or a vagina declaring if you are a boy or a girl. When people say they are Transgender, its not a gender because being a transgender means you are for example a boy then decided you are a girl and also you cant just say oh im a girl now there has to be signs such as mindset.
