FPS

i'm the steam open de gmod and beta, selected x64 , gmod open in the 64 bits and reduction lag

Make sure to check if you have any addons installed. If you do, simply disable all of them and see if the lag has disappeared.

when i run my 730 graphics card( yes its stock) i get around 65- 85 fps on gmod

I know fps booster it brings you between 10 to 50 fs

There are a lot of commands, but it is better to buy a computer for better

Gmod needs quite a lot of RAM and a good processor. I only managed to get some decent fps once i upgraded to ryzen. Also i would suggest buying ssd especially for gmod and load times.

To have a good FPS get a good PC.
jk, type r_farz 500 in your console and get a +60 fps boost

Some addons can cause Bad fps try reinstalling addons or removing ones you don't need

I suggest running your game in Direct 8.1, it will be very pixelated but it would help you increase your frames
