Any FPS Commands?

Are there any other commands that actually boost FPS except of r_dynamic 0 & r_drawtracers_firstperson 0?
I know there are many that MIGHT work, but don't do anything. These 2 do, are they the only ones?

You can try mat_queue_mode 2 that forces your cpu to use Multi-Threaded Mode.
