I'd say nautilus, hes easy to play, tanky enough to be forgiving when making a lot of mistakes in low elo and has hella cc.

Honestly Rakan he can peel, engage, heal, shield and has insane mobility

For me best support is janna i get high division when i played this champion, awesome ultimate and sheld and this passive for teammates is very cool

I really love Blitzcrank. He is not the strongest in lane, especially vs tanky or champions with movement skills, however I believe he is one of the few champions where you can make a comeback in late game, if you make one good grab. There are many times where we're losing hard, but I grab one of their carries when the death timer is like 45-55 seconds, and we have plenty of time to push and maybe take an inhibitor and baron. Leona is also good in laning, you can get your adc fed pretty easily. The reason I use blitzcrank is because usually one of my team mates end up feeding a lot, and I need to make a miracle grab hoping we can comeback. I think it comes down to combo and what enemies pick.
