So i said the hell with it and tested it, I "Mined" .005 for the minimum payout once you requessst payout you have to pay .001 for a maintence fee or upgrade to one of the tiered plans. I sent the .001 ($10) and now waiting to see if i get the payout.

I really dont expect to get paid out but will report back in a few days
