Is Sandbox dead?

Hello!

I was planning to host a Sandbox server but from what I've noticed the people only play on vanilla sandbox servers, spam and flame around.
I remember the good times with wiremod and acf but its not even close to this anymore... why is that? Is sandbox dead?

Yeah, I think Sandbox is dead. I personally was never a big fan of it but I know many people that used to only play Sandbox. If you could get a group of friends and make your server seem active you could probably have a pretty successful server.
