Guys, what kind of "whachdog" are u talking about? Cannot understand

Well simply google it. There are too many ears and eyes lurking in such kind of forums and if you can not figure it out from what has already been written*... maybe you should play an iddqd type of game. Just saying - no offense btw.

*Hint: it was also mentioned somthing about task manager. If you don't know what task manager is.. I am out of options really..

I've used All the cheats from the first 4 tabs at the same time, no ban. even used no scoop and freeze ammo, and super charge a few times. i also disable watchdog in task manager though

Ive been using all cheats in the 1st 4 tabs, no ban as of yet. Thanks for the heads up about ending the task Watchdog, didnt think of that!

Flew 1988ly from sol to the highest star I could find. Did 3 massive jumps near the end of the trip exceeding 180ly each, scanned all stars I encountered. Did not disable watchdog. Had multiple elements of the program active through the entire trip.
What I noticed is that I was not the first to visit these extremely distant long range stars, that to reach them one would have had to kit for maximum jump range 75+ly and have access to a neutron star. What this tells me is that plenty of explorers have already been outjumping the norm. Up until recently when people decided to pick up the social justice banner and do public streams of themselves blocking Jameson memorial station with cheats on this was never a problem, no one noticed until people started doing it publicly, using it in pvp, trying to manipulate BGs and PP. Stop doing that. Let the general masses go back to believing it doesn't exist, use it privately and quietly. Stop making a public spectacle if you want to do something to effect society do something with some substance and meaning and let people play the game the way they want to. Its a game, its not reality, there is no intrinsic value to the game, showing off for the public eye, or bragging about some pseudo achievement in a video game. No one is going to give you a trophy for being the social justice league on that video game either.

Still using it with no issues from FD with drop to target, all boosts to scanning, and fuel scoop speed. Solo only for exploration. Few times used supercharged FSD.
My theory is that introducing ARX might be the reason why skipping certain actions/speeding things up might be getting detected more easy by FD automatic system as now pretty much every action is counted to earning this currency.

If it helps I also bought Arx, so they may be turning a blind eye. Not saying this is the case but it's a possibility. Fdev does want money. I enjoy modding and collecting ships so paying a little extra for those things makes me happy

Edit: As you said any bit of information may help.

Next Question would be how much ARX to buy to turn a blind eye :blobthink: Imagine 1000000000 ARX and you get official ED trainer from frontier

With Great Power comes Great Responsibility. Not everyone shares this idea unfortunately..

Din't get banned...
I believe too it's arx relative. And I don't think the watchdog.exe really scan for cheats program , it's seems to be only there to reports crash and ever ask before to send them (of course, don't send them if you launched the trainer ;-))... I din't even knew about it and use almost all not dangerous hacks in solo (I would have been banned for now).
Done a lot of CQC recently (without cheating...) and bought some ark. Maybe one of those made a difference...

I received my temp (7-day) ban while having bought about $70 worth of ARX.. I think that it's safe to say they don't discriminate.

I haven't been banned and only ever played in solo and only used shield and agility effects. If you read back early in this thread the original authors of the hacks for ED stated this hack had missed some checks and was not safe, we all know the risks and make our choices.

I am great full for the hack, it makes the game more fun than it is without (solo only ofc).

Been out exploring for about 3 days now. I've had the trainer up the entire time and have logged out and back in multiple times as well as restarting the trainer and the engine. I'm currently 12k ly out from the bubble flying through the outer edge of the galaxy rim making jumps over 100 ly per system. I have farmed mats, scanned ships, traded massive amounts of cargo while destroying every pirate I come across, murdered entire systems worth of security forces, flown thousands of light years making jumps in excess of 200ly at a time on occasion. I played 12 hours yesterday non stop with program active and haven't had so much as a lag spike.

these bans people claim theyget seem to be that they get stuck in solo mode for a period of time and aren't allowed to play in open play, that is not a ban that is the company telling you that you have to play in solo mode if you are going to use this type of software to play. take the hint.
