They're clean but very generic, personally wouldn't use them.

Since everyone seems to have covered the basic, core advice of really honing in on the logo's connection to the brand, here's a bit of technical advice: I would definitely take the time to align things properly to clean some of these up. For instance, the U and the N in the unlimit news logo could be aligned together.

the world is going towards easy stuff, and by that I mean simple designs not hard to read! Keep that in mind

his reminds me of something you'd see on an online logo maker.
