Can i play BGS and PP for my faction with perma ban ? Will it affect anything ?

I am able to talk to people in system chat, but I do not see any players when I log in to open. I questioned the validity of it at first primarily because the name on the ticket is not the name on my account but rather the last 3 letters of my email address. How ever I have logged in to open and flown to jameson and while I'm able to communicate with players I do not see any players in the area. I will check regularly over the next 7 days to see if it is just an anomaly. you would think that when they say restricted from interacting with other players it would include system chat and they'd put my actual account name registered in their system on the ticket.

No. Shadowban will restrict you from influencing and BGS, PP or CGs in any way.

chat is independent. Because you can also chat with ppl (friends or fleet)in main menu.

It's normal that you can talk with other player, but you can't see them in game, and they can't see you either. This is how works the 7-day ban.
Now your account was signes sas "suspicous" so if i was in your shoes i will avoid to use the trainer anymore. Any further use of it will be reported, and you can get some worst ban type. Think about it

I appreciate that you are a man of your word. I'm sorry mine wasn't an isolated event (I was hoping it was) and that you have a strike on your account due to the trainer. I wouldn't push using it anymore or you risk a full ban from the entire game.

I'm pissed I wasted 80 bucks and can't even play single player they banned me to with BGS disabled. Even more-so as when I contacted FDev about their inadequate means of contacting players, the support staff even said they were aware that their means of contacting players was less than ideal and were working on improving it but that the full ban would remain.

Well, I registered here only to say I got a 7 day restriction on the account. The questionable feature I used was scoop.

I was only playing solo.

Can you enlighten me how is this client memory trainer affecting other players or online world in my solo play?

And what is a sense in banning solo gamers?

Well I don't get it. What is the point of banning players from the entire game if they can not influence the bgs? What is the point of the shadowban? Or does it not exist anymore?
I have stopped using the trainer thankfully before any action had been taken, since I couldn't risk my LEP. I have also stopped using it with my 2ry account which although is not a LEP, it still logs from the same home LAN so they could in theory link it to my 1ry if they wanted to.
But all this is absurd. I am also an older person with slow reaction times and the trainer was a real help for me in order to enjoy the game. I have slow reflexes and most of the time combat with NPCs is a no chance for me. I don't know but I really feel as pissed as you.. I wish we could go vocal here or even take legal action if we had a chance..

i feel the same way as you, and i have even contacted support to explain me where am i breaching games eula. turns out they ause licencing model and in that context they can easily revoke our access to the game completely legally.

if they go strict technical, we did breach it by hacking into the game altering clients in game memory addresses, HOWEVER i can still hope they could understand when in my mail, i specifically allow them to cut my account from any multiplayer aspect of the game permanently, such as access to open game and pvp arena or however is called.

all what matters to me is the ability to play solo. i do not need not wish to encounter other players.

if they push me into strictly following the rules and adhere to eula, i stand ZERO chance in wing kill missions worth of 1 million and up that requires a party of players, just like in some blasted mmo. i am an old elite player and i do not care about mmo elements at all.

when i returned into game since 2015 i found 6 mil credits. in 1 hour i had 27k credits. i am getting old. i can not push 12 buttons simultaneously, fire phasors, regulate flight and care for power distro, as i dont have 20 fingers, and if i dont affect anyoen else with my play who really cares?

my ban happened 20 minutes after i signed with a power, so i suspect thsi si where single play touches multiplay. i quit my power play faction soon after, in hope that by doing that i severed myself from MP. we shall see.

We don't have a leg to stand on. They have it in their EULA that cheating isn't allowed and that they can terminate access to your account for any reason, even if they know people don't read the damned things.

No, but seriously though, there isn't a monitoring system built in to the system, they can only check reported players backlogs to see activity and without a report they aren't checking. Not saying it isn't plausible that they could, simply pointing out that it is unlikely. At this point its working great, I'm having a great time with it.

Your lucky then. I only played in solo and only used the safe parts of the trainner and got ban. do what you want. trusts me Im no white knight.
