Well his physical health matters more than a chapter. Though the author mentioned he not sure if he'll be able to live to see the end and will try to find someone.

Just re-watch the entire 2011 anime again and again. Hopefully the next chapter comes out after the third re-watch.

Not meant in any negative way, I am content with re-watching and waiting.
