Advice/Help - Making a website look very nice.

Hi guys,

So I have a domain and a web host but I want to learn how to create a cool and slick website. Is anybody able to point me in the right direction as I know a little HTML and CSS and small bits of Java.I like to be able to have a panel which I have via my web hosting as that'swhat makes it enjoyable for me (dontknow why) as I can do loads of things. However, I'mnot the guy who wants to create a website through wixxif you get me.

The situation is complicated, I believe the best would be to continue studying poo, html, css, jquery, with these languages, I believe you can get what you want, but for now, I advise you to use a wordpress template, and as you have some knowledge, could take a ready and gradually modify

But if you have a project start, I can help with some things, details there and here, and gradually create something that's interesting.
