Is DogeCoin real?

Well, I'm not entirely well-versed in the crypto market, so I don't even know which currencies are valid/real. All I really know is that Bitcoin is real.

Yes Dogecoin is definately a real alt coin, I used a dogecoin faucet a few years back and got around to $2.5 in doge.
