Garry's Mod TTT Server Performance

Hi,
I have problem with TTT gamemode, when i play TTT gamemode on my local server i get really low FPS, on the Sandbox/Murder FPS are normal, but not on the TTT gamemode, anyone know how to fix that?

Its probably just your computer, maybe get a processor with a higher clockspeed
