You can do whatever you want with I think there is even service so you can buy on Amazon with crypto

it's actually virtual money which value increases or decreaces. it's as simple as that

If you don't have a use for it and are not interested, I'd recommend just selling it.

Generaly its used in betting,gambling,jobs,icos etc.
