Best way to learn is watch youtube videos with explanation on basics (Or a friend who plays and knows the basics if you have one)

Understand that champions can counter each other so you might have an advantage/disadvantage when playing. Look at places like Mobafire for guides on how to play your champion.

just go look at mobafire they have good build and runes i reccomended that

I recommend you just pick a champion that looks cool to you and play it and figure out builds that you like on the champion.
Also there are alot of great guides for almost every champion on youtube.

Play the game a lot, improve by watching YouTube video guides and Pro-Players on Twitch.
